Follow the club’s rules and guidelines.
Respect fellow members, competitors, and event organizers.
Represent ProForm Racing with good sportsmanship.
Participate in club activities and contribute to a positive team environment.
Acknowledge that cycling, running, and endurance training involve risks and take personal responsibility for my safety.

Release of Liability & Waiver

I understand that participation in ProForm Racing activities, including but not limited to group rides, training rides, races, skills clinics, social events, and any other activities sponsored, promoted, or affiliated with ProForm Racing or ProForm Bike Shop (collectively, "ProForm Activities"), involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, accidents, falls, collisions, road hazards, trail conditions, physical exertion, and the actions or inactions of other participants, volunteers, or third parties.

I voluntarily accept these risks and, on behalf of myself, my heirs, legal representatives, executors, and administrators, agree to release, waive, and hold harmless ProForm Racing, ProForm Bike Shop, and their organizers, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, and partners (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation in ProForm Activities, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This waiver does not apply to acts of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional misconduct.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any legal action related to this waiver shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in St. Joseph County, Indiana.

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Photo & Media Release

I grant ProForm Racing permission to use photographs, videos, or other images taken of me during ProForm Activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of such images, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.
